Refund policy

Returns
My return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless another is agreed in writing between me and you).

The cost of return postage will be paid by the customer if nothing else is agreed upon in writing.

  • Within 24-48 hours you'll have a response from me with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, On-sales items, Custom size orders.
  • To complete your return, you must provide your order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, request your return above and wait for instructions before sending me your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved your refund will be processed the same day and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is back in your account.
